Tracking

We use multiple courier services that provide tracking information once we dispatch your order.

Our policy is not to leave parcels at a safe place unless you request it. We won't take responsibility if a parcel left at a safe place gets lost. If you miss a delivery, please contact the courier service or reach out to us to arrange a redelivery.

It's a good idea to provide a mobile number when you order. This helps if there are any delivery issues.

We do not deliver outside the UK at this time.

Delivery Timing and Claims

Most orders are shipped within 24 working hours.

If products are in stock and the order is placed before 3 PM, we usually ship the same day. If the stock is with our suppliers, it might take a few more days. Please keep an eye on the delivery times and contact us within 4 working days if you haven’t received your order. You can call us at 01259 238855 or email info@ahcpowertools.com. After you contact us, we’ll check with the courier and this may take 3-5 working days. If you don't tell us within this time, we might not be able to resolve the issue. That means we won’t be able to refund or resend any goods.
